DMCA Policy

Vegan Chickpea Salad respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Vegan Chickpea Salad website or services, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

To file a DMCA infringement notice with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Vegan Chickpea Salad website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
